2.  Partial Collection Failure

When conducting device discovery on Cisco ISR-4000 ISR's (IOS-XE16.2) Prime can poll and see the devices as well as the inventory of modules inside of the ISR's but never pulls configs. - I believe that is why we are seeing Partial Collection Failure, which always ends with error code 'Wrong CLI Credentials'.

Have tried just Telnet/SSH in user Credential profile - as well as bypassing Credential Profile and using manual entry of credentials......

Nothing seems to work.

 - Can you try remove and re-add the particular device ;but use the button verify credentials first before the final add ?
