What model of 3850 is it?

All of the basic 3850 models (seven different ones) are supported in PI 2.1.

PI 2.2 added 2 newer models and PI 3.1 currently supports 9 types of 3850.

The listings can be found here: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/cloud-systems-management/prime-infrastructure/products-device-support-tables-list.html

Thanks for your reply.description of 3850 is as below :-

Model :- WS-C3850-24S

Software Version :- 03.03.04SE

Software Image :- cat3k_caa-universalk9

                Please help.

Sorry but from what I can tell in the documentation that particular model is not currently supported on any Prime Infrastructure release or device pack.

The WS-C3850-24S model is SNMP OID:1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.2028.

PI 3.x did add support for the 12, 24 and 48 port XS models (OIDs ending in 2162, 2163 and 2164) but not your model (yet).

I recommend you raise a TAC case and/or contact your Cisco account team to request a feature enhancement to add support. Otherwise just watch the for new device packs or software updates regularly. You will need to migrate to 3.1 though as new device packs aren't being released anymore for PI 2.x.

Thanks...
