Hi,

I hope that you are good. Can you please help me about a problems below:

    I configured snmp trap in too  switchs types:

WS-C2960+24PC-S that run  ios 15.0(2)SE6 and switch catalyste 4500.

For the first typs,device types cannot appears in cisco prime(1.3 version).I can see that its name and its ios version.However, in the second types i can see device type and any authers values.

Can you please help me.

Can you possibly provide a screenshot of what you are seeing on the two devices? It is not clear from your description.

The Cisco Catalyst 2960-24PC-S Switch is a supported device with Prime Infrastructure 1.3.

However that is a very old version - the current release is 3.0.2. I don't have any switches of that model in my network but I checked both older 2950G and newer 2960-X which I do have and they both appear fine in the current PI 3.0.2.

Please respend me, this point is verry critical.I can't find the switch WS-C2960+24PC-S in cisco prime switch type but i find them in all equipements but without severel options.
