Cisco Prime LMS 4.2 (Device type Unknow)

Hi Team,

I am facing trouble during addition of device in LMS.

I have Cisco C4500X-32SFP switch, when i tried to add this switch in LMS 4.2 with proper credential massage show device successfully added.but when i see in Cisco View device not show at that time and also left tab bar device icon showing with '?' mark. 

does cisco prime LMS 4.2 support cisco C4500X-32SFP switch ?

Hi ,

can you share the sysobjectID  of the device ?  share   the SNMPWALK on this OID   ( 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2 )
