Cisco Prime Software Upload failure

When trying to upload a Nexus 9k file, I create the job, select the file, and the job begins and after it progresses to 100% I get a successful pop-up, but when I go to the job dashboard it says the job failed with a "file not found" error. 

Any advice?

                                      Also note that these days only the latest version of Prime remains supported
                                      being 3.10 with patch release 6.

                                      That becomes more important when using modern devices such as nexus.
                                      Check if your specific nexus model is compatible using :
