cisco rv320 - password reset

Hello everyone!

Is there any way to reset the RV320 password, without hard resetting? I have the serial cable.

I'm kinda screwed, cause the previous guy from IT lost all credentials, so if is there someway to reset, it would be veeeery usefull.
