If I have a single instance of Operations Manager how do I "securely" send customer device info (CUCM, CUCXN, CUPS, Voice Gateways) to my server? These customer devices would be remote to my CUOM server and only accessible over the internet. Is setting up a VPN the best method? Would I set up a probe or other device on their network to send traffic to the CUOM? Reading through the deployment guide makes it sound ilke I should make their devices accessible over the internet. That doesn't sound right to me.
