we installed cisco works 2000 to system its given error ANI Server not respoding how to configure that one.

Exactly what version of CiscoWorks did you install? When do you get this error? Post the output of the pdshow command from the server.

Thanks for responding cisco works version 3.0. Newly installed to windows 2000 server

SP 2 in our system and plz send the exat java link for support in this version where i got pdshow.

There is no such thing as CiscoWorks 3.0 which installs on Windows 2000. Post a screenshot of the application. The pdshow command is run from a DOS shell on the server.

This version of CiscoWorks is very old, and not longer supported. I recommend you try out the LAN Management Solution 3.2 evaluation from http://www.cisco.com/go/lms/ . If you run into problems with this version, it will be possible to provide some troubleshooting steps.

In this version now its not working, any laicence required to this version are upgradation possibilitys is there.plz suggest me.we having in this version cd only.we having cco login plz give me links . 6 months back in this version is working .
