is it possible to have a ciscoview software installed as standalone ?

You cannot install CiscoView as featured in CiscoWorks LMS as a standalone application. The LMS components all depend to varying degreees on Common Services. You can spread component across multiple servers but that's for scalability as opposed to making them "standalone".
You might take a look at Cisco Network Assistant. It is a free graphical product for smaller sets of devices (<40 or so in a given community, you can have multiple communities but can only look at one at a time). It provides, among other things, front panel CiscoView-type views of your equipment. It is actively developed. Take a look at the latest release notes to see if it matches your needs.
