You have to lookt into the mentioned links. Search for the matching Version e.g. RME 3.5, ACLM 1.6 and so on. You will find the patches.
First you schould have a look if the LMS 2.2 Update 1 is installed.
Check the readme files of the other LMS part if the patch is needed or if you have to install something special before the patch!
e.g. the latest IDUs need the LMS 2.2 Update 1 .
Depending on your actual patchlevel some IDUs e.g RME IDU 13 need some extra steps from IDU 5. But habe a look into the readme files and the upgrade paths.
