CiscoWorks does not act as a NetFlow collector. You can use it to push out configurations to your devices making them export their flow data but the target (collector) for that data needs to be on a third party product like ntop (open source), SolarWinds' Netflow Traffic Analyzer, Manageengines Netflow Analyzer etc.
