CM Wont Manage Switches

I have around 300 switches configured in CiscoWorks Common Services. These are a mixture of 3750 and 3550.

For some reason there are 7 that Campus Manager won't manage and shows as exluded. The Data Collection mode is set to auto and the other 293 switches are showing as included devices. All of the switches have almost identical conifguration with only management addresses and VLAN information differring.

The switches not getting included are using IOS and Hardware the same as other switches which are managed OK.

I can't see any obvious reasons why these switches would not be getting included?

I'm using LMS 3.2, CS v3.3.0 and CM 5.2.1

The first obvious suggestion in CSC, will be a recommendation to move to LMS 3.2.1.

Also, please confirm what happens when you try to manage the device manually? means When you go to exclude devices and see 7 of them there, you select them and click include?

Does it works? Does these device appear in topology??
