CNA not displaying connections

I'm using CNA 2.0(1) on my network which consists of 8 2900XL-EN switches and 2 2950-24-XL switches. I am running CDP and ip http svr on all switches. When I setup the community, I am able to add any switch by IP and have it discover all its neighbours successfully. When CNA displays the topology, it only shows connections between a couple of switches (see attached .bmp) Has any had similiar results or any suggestion? Thanks.

I think there is some issue with the configuration of Clusters in Swtiches. That is when the CNA does not detect all the devices in the topology view. You could refer to the following URLs and make sure that the cluster configurations are correct.
