Hi,
After changing the backup directory for the syslog by running the syslogConf.pl script. The "LOg Space Portlet" has an "Unexpected Exception Occured. Please see CSPortsal.log for more details. See attached log.
Also the critical message portlet is also stuck at "loading".
We've tried rerunning the script and changing it back to the C directory but remains the same.
Could this be a permission error, I have give casuser rights to syslog folder as well as administrator rights.
