I have noticed that Ciscoworks is telenetting into my 7200 series routers, probably to pull configs and not letting go of these sessions. Eventually I have to go to the devices, console in and kill them off. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, what were you able to do to fix this, if anything?
Thanks.

This could be due to slight variation in MIBs that the required ones.

I haven't seen this before but you could try using
service tcp-keepalives-in
which should detect when an incoming connection is not active and kill it off.
Also, the following might be worth a read that talks about clearing hung tcp connections via SNMP which could save you having to console on to your routers
