Is there an official Cisco support scheme like "Coterminous with Chassis".
Just want to know the terminology as I was not able to find any inputs from Cisco data sheets or elsewhere.
Our vendor is telling that even if SUP engine is getting replaced with latest 9LE version the support terms reds thus - "OEM Support for SUP is Co-Terminus with existing Chassis support (provided chassis should be under active OEM Support). Support for Chassis needs to be renewed every year, as per OEM Terms."
Please guide on this subject matter.
