CPI 3.1.6 removes snmp-server command

Yesterday, we upgraded our instance of Cisco Prime Infrastructure to 3.1.6 (from 3.1) and added device pack 12. This morning, we discovered that several of our switches had the following line removed from their configuration by CPI:

snmp-server host <CPI server IP> <v3 username>

The odd thing is that it wasn't all of our devices and it's not like it was the same switch model where this command was removed (some 3650s, some 3750s, etc.). I did confirm that it was CPI that did this via our ACS accounting logs.

Has anyone seen this before? Why would CPI remove this command when I would think it would more likely *add* the command?
