CW2K-UTlite33 problem

I'm using Campus Manager 3.3 and UTlite33 to get the UserName of Window users. This works fine with almost my PCs but some of them not, even on the same catalyst. The information is sent on the network to the server (I can see it on UDP port 16236). I can see it when I analyze ethernet trafic on the CW2K server but UserTracking or UTdebug gives me a blank field.

Do you know what is wrong?

The user name functionality of UTLite depends on software on the Windows domain controller that the users authenticate to running a script when they log on.

Are you sure all the DCs and the associated user profiles have the script running?

I'm using a local script on the PC :

"UTlite33.exe -domain MYDOMAIN -host CW2KSERVER-IP-ADDRESS -port 16236"

I can see the information of the username on the 16236 UDP port on the network interface of the CW2K Server, but not under UserTracking (empty field).

Some PCs are working fine, some aren't.
