You know if I can send some alert if one switch port access go down

yes you can..

go to dfm > device management > device details > select the switch > View it > Select the ports which you want to manage

Go to notificatin services > notification groups, and create a group where you will enter the from email id and to email id for the alerts...

This was good, but I can not make to this send me alert e-mail, I have a group notifications with this device.
