I have installed DFM 3.0 and upgraded to 3.0.2. I did a manual seeding of the devices I want it to manage on the DCR master, DFM can see these devices but it has been in learning state for days.
What can I do to resolve this problem, thanks for your comments.

First, you should upgrade to DFM 3.0.3 as one bug has since been fixed which may help your situation. After that, apply the patch for CSCsi01966 from http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cw2000-dfm as this will fix the other known Learning bug.

This did not work even after downloading the patch. I also got another patch from the TAC Eningeer in charge of my case, I used it yet all the devices learnt from the DCR master by the DFM are still in learning state 10%.
What can I do, someone should please advice.

The DFM application is still not working, it is still learning. I have applied the patch sent to me by the TAC engineer yet the DFM application is still in learning state and it has been in this state for weeks.
Can someone please tell me what next to do.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers.

You should have applied the patch from http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cw2000-dfm, and not the experimental patch from TAC. Provided you did do that, and since you already opened a TAC service request, I would suggest you continue to work with them as development may need to get involved.

I have the same problem with devices at learning state 10% on DFM 3.0.0. Did you fix it?
