Discovery error "Recent discovery information not found " in LMS 4.0.1

I have problems with Discovery Device in the LMS4.0.1: Discovery error "Recent discovery information found", also in command line (pdexec CSDiscovery)

if I get no results. I add the log file.

Hi,

This may be caused by a number of things.

I see:

FATAL: Exception occured in the start discovery Exception occured during start of discovery in CS.
Reason : failed to initialize DiscoveryController

and

NMSROOT\conf\csdiscovery\SharedDiscoveryGeneral.zip (The system cannot find the path specified)

First verify you have no third party software running. IE Antivirus. Then check your event logs for permissions related entries.

I have switched off all Third party applications and cannot launch the CSDiscovery process, in the event logs I also find no errors...
