Duplicate alarms(High Utilization and Drops) in DFM

Hi, my name is Gabriel and im from Argentina. I´m having a very big problem .I´m using DFM Mail notifier only for those interfaces that are having high Utilization and Drops. My problem appears when a P2P link is over the thresshold and the mail notifier sends one mail per each interface that it´s over the thresshold

that i configure. I believe that it must be a way to configure the DFM to send an email only for one interface(it´s obvious, if an interface in a p2p link it´s over the thresshold the other will be over too) or maybe it can check those things(drops and High U.) per link and not per interface. This problem makes me receive for 1 alarm, 2 mails for active, and 2 mails for clear.

DFM is works that way. If normally sees devices individually and doesn't take the connection between devices into consideration. If you do not want to get duplicate alarm, try managing one interface of the link in DFM.
