I have a cisco 7206VXR router in my office in which we have configured EIGRP and some times we see that EIGRP neighoubouring relation between all the devices connected to this particular device flaps and we do not see any interface fluctuation and the device has also not been restarted i am attaching the logs can you please tell me what would be the reason behind this.
I found CSCec42476 with same symptoms. Instability in EIGRP neighborship is caused in that case by recpetion of EIGRP packets with bad checksum. To verify if it's same issue, can you enable "debug eigrp packets" on spoke while neighbor is flapping.
