i got a problem when using energywise feature on LMS 4.1 as a power consumption monitoring. currently, i just want to monitor our network-device power consumption everyday. the problem is , LMS seem intermittent to fetch data from my network device & its endpoint (IP phone) , as a result : LMS displayed incorrect data. see the different between the 2 tables below.
at first, we got a good result, seem like LMS can monitor our devices power-consumption correctly.
but several hours later, LMS stop to monitor the device :
any suggestion will be appreciated.
did anyone have the same problem ?
it seem like my LMS is getting busy to retrieve the power consumption of each device. i have to reload the my server to make it back to the normal.
