Export router network traffic log and Configure NetFlow

Dear All,

We have a Cisco2911-SEC/K9, Cisco1941-SEC/K9 and CISCO1921-SEC/K9 router.

Sometimes we have suffering unknown very high network traffic. But we cannot find out which ip or pc generate traffic. So I want to router traffic log. But how?  And How to Configure NetFlow on a Cisco Router ?

At first you need a network monitoring software like PRTG. then you need to configure your device to send data to your monitoring device to analyze your network performance.
