Hi,
you can use either just copy/paste in the terminal ... SNMP or use TFTP.
when you use a Terminal program that has the feature to log your output/input om the CLI you can do a "sh run" of "write terminal" on CatOS and it will backup :-)
With TFTP its the most handiest ... or you can use an external third party application called "Kiwi CatTools" (google for that)
