Failed to run report: Unable to retrieve data for: Port Attribute Report

Hello,

First off all i'm new to Cisco Prime Infrastructure. So far i've got it up and running.

My goal with Prime Infrastructure is to create a report of my port attributes, mainly to check the oprational status of a switchport (reclaim unused ports).

But when i run the report it generates the following error:

Failed to run report: Unable to retrieve data for: Port Attribute Report

I've added a Cisco switch (Cisco 3750 Stackable Switches) through snmp (community public Read Only) within Prime Infrastructure. I've also added the CLI credentials. The switch shows a Collection status: Managed and a Reachability of Reachable.

Can somebody tell me what i'm doing wrong ?

did you already receive an answer? I have the same problem. My installation (virt. appliance) is a Cisco Prime Infrastructure 1.2 (1.2.1.012).

The "Collection Status" of the device(s) is "Managed". I can run a Vlan report for a device but can not run a "

Port Attribute" report for the same device. I get the same error message.

I could solve this problem with an update to Cisco PrimeInfrastructure 1.3 (1.3.0.20).
