Failure to deploy passwords from Cisco works

Hi ALL

I am trying to deploy new passwords from cisco works server -

But am getting the following problem -

ERROR:RME_CDL1031:Transport session to device failed TFTP: failedCould not detect protocols running on the device

If TFTP should be working for config deployment, make sure you have a valid SNMP read-write credential configured in DCR, and that udp/69 and all ephemeral UDP ports are open between the device and the LMS server.
