Forgot the Cisco Prime SSH Password.

Hi Dears,

Please, I need support to reset the Cisco Prime SSH Password.

The device is accessible in the GUI or web by the user root.

However, the SSH user admin needs to reset the password.

how I can reset the admin password for SSH access ?.

 please take a look at: Cisco Prime Infrastructure 3.10 Administrator Guide - Chapter: Maintain Prime Infrastructure Server Health, search for How to Recover Administrator Passwords.

 if your Cisco Prime Infrastructure is version 3.10, please take a look at:

PI-APL-3.10.0.0.205-1-K9.iso (release date Nov 26th, 2021)
