Got error on SCABB3.1.5 when try to export subscriber data.

Can't import subscriber CSV file - please try the bug CSCpu12054 and the error you are seeing seems to be related to the fact that you are running a newer version of the SCA BB console and an older version of the SM. We have been able to recreate the error using the SCA BB 3.1.5 and the SM 3.0.6 and 3.1.0.
