How can I upgrade to the latest version of Cisco Prime Infrastructure

We just purchased the following items:

(1) R-PI-1.1-500-K9

(2) PRIME-NCS-APL-K9

I want to know how I can upgrade to the latest version of Cisco Prime Infrastructure.

The latest version is currently PI 1.3. The 1.3 Quick Start Guide has detailed instructions for upgrading here.
