How do you Console access to multiple Cisco Devices ? onSite/Remotly

can anyone recommend a way to access them without using some end of life cisco devices?

i searched the web and most use 2511 cisco , am wondering what nowadays people use to access their switches and routers in cabinet, i saw some cabinet which are hard to access and reach the back side to access the console RJ45 slot

Serial console server. 

Opengear or WRT are some of the big name ones.

Even Cisco has one, 1100 Terminal Services Gateway.
