How to configure Netflow in Cisco 4500 switch

Hi.....

I have cisco WS-C4506 switch with single Supervisor Engine WS-X4515.And IOS is cat4000-i9s-mz.122-20.EW4.bin.

It is used as a L2 only. IP Routing is not enabled.

But command for netflow like IP flow-export source, IP flow-export version are not supporting. After enabling IP Routing still it

is not supported.

What could be the problem?
