How to make Cisco Works LMS 4.0.1 stop pinging a router interface

I can't seem to find the option within Cisco Works LMS 4.0.1 to stop pinging a router interface. Help please.

Hi Joe,

what kind of pinging you want to stop ?

If it is about the DFM which by default polls all the interface of the managed device , you can Ignore it by going to

Monitor > Fault Settings > Setup > Fault Device Details

select the device > click View > on next screen click on the device ip\ hostname Hyper link , you will see the list of Interfaces which you can SUSPEND .

As Afroj said (most likely cause),

..or it could be a discovery job with setting to do a subnet sweep.
