I can't to do factory reset on RV325.

Hi all. I have cisco RV325 with the last frmware version (RV32X_v1.4.2.17_20171030-code) and i need to do a factory reset. With buttom nothing happend. Any other way to make it?

Press and hold in the RESET button for more than 10 seconds. Changes you have made to the configuration of your device are lost.

Yes, i tried but with no results. I did too 15 seconds, 30 seconds and 45 secons. In all cases the Diag light was in red all the times and the device never reboot. I was expecting until 2 horus and the diag light never turn off. Power off the router neither was the solution. Always boot with last configuration. Thanks and excuseme my english.
