My software folks pushed IE7 down to my pc in a security update. Yea! So far all the apps work ok but Campus Mgr. The display is hosed up after the java loads. Running 4.0.8 any chance I don't have to re-image my machine and go back to IE6 to get it to work?
You have to go back to IE 6 with CM 4.0. IE 7 support was added in LMS 3.0 (CM 5.0). Additionally, make sure you are still using a supported Java Plug-in version, and that a newer plug-in was not also pushed down.
LMS 3.0 is not a free update for LMS 2.6. It is a new product, and will require a new product purchase. However, all of the new feature development is happening in LMS 3.x. It would be a good thing to move to in the long run.
