ILPOWER-5-IEEE_DISCONNECT messages repeating

Hello I have a poe device which is just an ir illuminator (no data) and when I log into the switch (2960S) it constantly is producing these messages.

%ILPOWER-5-IEEE_DISCONNECT: Interface Gi1/0/19: PD removed
%ILPOWER-7-DETECT: Interface Gi1/0/19: Power Device detected: IEEE PD
%ILPOWER-5-POWER_GRANTED: Interface Gi1/0/19: Power granted
%ILPOWER-5-IEEE_DISCONNECT: Interface Gi1/0/19: PD removed
%ILPOWER-7-DETECT: Interface Gi1/0/19: Power Device detected: IEEE PD
%ILPOWER-5-POWER_GRANTED: Interface Gi1/0/19: Power granted
%ILPOWER-5-IEEE_DISCONNECT: Interface Gi1/0/19: PD removed

How can i get this to stop?

Post the complete output to the following commands: 

1.  sh version; 

2.  sh interface G1/0/19; and 

3.  sh controll e G1/0/19
