Today after upgrading Prime to 3.0 I noticed the client dashlet shows Data Not Available in several of the fields under Security. Is this expected behavior if I am hooked into our ISE MnT? Are there additional configurations that must be completed on our ISE server to get this data?
I have have Reachable status from Prime to ISE and have scoured the forums and found discussions of adding a super user to ISE and that you need only add your ISE server to Prime. Is this the extent of the required configuration to allow Prime to get data from ISE?
Also, if I am hooked into ISE should I be able to pull in the guest ID's of associated clients, currently I only get a mac adddress? If so, how is this accomplished.
