integrating LMS with ACS

Dear All, I want to integrate LMS with ACS, what kind of things i need to care about while doing this. Will it help me to add devices in LMS which are in ACS? what if devices are also integrated to ACS for authentication & ACS is integrated to Active Directory & if users change their password (which is used in LMS for logging into devices) then how LMS will be able to monitor devices..

I dont have clue about this integration any kind of help will be appreciated.
