interface reset problem

Dear all,

I have 3745 series ROUTERS. It is run on c3745-advipservicesk9-mz.123-21.bin ios. I have facing one problem, When i ma terminate my E1 circuit on this port. My port will be in reset status. When i ma put this link on other interface link is working ok and other link put in reset interface then link is working ok. So please tell me what is my probelm?

Can you revert back on which interfaces you are trying to connect the E1 ?

can you post the output of show diag and show version here also the output of show run.
