Inventory Collection Failed on Cisco 3550 Switches with LMS 2.6

I got inventory collection issue with 3550 switches (msg: RICS0001:Internal Error,unable to process the collected data to the device).

I have LMS 2.6 with RME 4.0.6

I saw that CSCsk65355 could address this issue in LMS 2.6 RME 4.0.6.

Do you know if a patch is available ?

This is most likely a different bug. Please post the IC_Server.log.

I'm also suffering with the same symptoms and have attached the IC_Server.log if anyone can shed any light on this I would appreciate the assistance. One of the 3550 has an IP address of 10.17.109.247

This looks like CSCsm97530 which is fixed in RME 4.2. A patch for RME 4.0.6 is available by contacting the TAC.
