IOS upgrade write failure?

When i use RME to upload a new image to a device, for some reason it deletes the old image ok, but when it goes to write the new image into the flash, it is failing? Anyone have any ideas?

when it prompts to ask you if it should erase the flash, did you enter yes?

First, eliminate the simple reasons.

Is there enough flash to hold the new image?

Is the device across a busy WAN and the TFTP is dropping a packet and the file becomes corrupted? Is anything getting to the device?

Has the image you are loading been deployed successfully elsewhere?
