Is it possible to forward TRAPS received in the Prime infrastructure to to a third party trap receiver (in this case, Zenoss). we are using Zenoss as a Centralized monitoring tool (for Network, server etc) and it is integrated with ticking tool

It's trivial to add Zenoss as an snmp-server host on the network devices though so that it will get a copy directly.
