Is There A Way To Clear or reinitialize All Alarms In DFM

I want to force a clear on all alarms in DFM to resend all trap notifications that I have defined.

If all you want to do is resend all events as notifications, edit NMSROOT/objects/nos/config/nos.properties, and set SEND_NOTIF_ON_START to 1. Then restart Daemon Manager.
