Hello,
I am trying to upgrade Cisco Prime from version 3.8 to 3.10, but my CLI access is denied. The web access is working fine, but I canot Access the CLI using tools like PuTTY, for example. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Hello!
The user and password is different from the default for the GUI. The user is usualy admin (while on the GUI it is root - weird logic).
