KPI network/systems

We want to start tracking some KPI (Key Performance Indicators) stats regarding our network/systems.

I know about obvious ones like server uptime and amount of network downtime..what could be other things we could be measuring?

you can (obviously) monitor anything, but here are a few more common KPIs:

--> CPU and memory utilization
--> Temperature
--> Fan status
--> Latency
--> Packet loss
--> Interface availability
--> Interface usage
