LMS 3.2.1 Problem with software Distribution

Hi
I have some problems with software distributions
I selcet Distribution Method By devices[Basic] and then I selct one devices from the list. When I press the Next button I got the "please wait" screen and after a few minutes I got an error message explaining that the page can not be displayed

Can anyone help me?

Hi,

Is this a new issue or is it something you have been living with for a while?  What is the OS you are running LMS on?

Open a cmd prompt and issue 'pdshow -brief'.  Make sure that nothing is showing a pid of 0.  Services such as 'UTMajorAcquisition', 'DataPurge' & 'CSDiscovery' are transient so can be ignored.

The stderr.log for Tomcat may prove helpful.  It is found under ../CSCOpx/MDC/tomcat/logs.  Also the RMEOGSServer.log found ../CSCOpx/logs

What happens if you navigate directly to http://:1741/rme/SwimDistributionAction.do ?
