We have seen this before. Some of the environmental instrumentation for these blade switches has been fixed in the latest code for the switches. However, for the fan problem you will need to unmanage the fan under DFM > Device Management > Device Details. Set the management state to false. The blade switches do not have fans, so unmanaging this object will not reduce your management capabilities.
