LMS 4.0.1 not processing syslog messages

My Cisco devices send syslog messages to LMS but it wont`t show any messages from device.

Older LMS 3.2 and other collector showe all syslog messages.

What to do with LMS 4.0.1?

First check if subscriber is subscribed. EVen if so, try to resubscirbe it from :

Admin > Collection Settings: Syslog > Syslog Collector Status

Also, check if the syslog.log is receiving the syslog message. I am attaching a diagram which shows ciscowoks architecture on how syslog works.

I check and did these:

check and do : Subscriber is subscribed and test collector subscription.

Check: my LMS`s syslog-log file is about 953 290KB.

I now syslog messages are process and thats ok for me.
