Lms 4.0 fault monitor error

Dear All,

I try run Fault monitor feature in LMS 4.0, but I got error like this picture :

Is there any solution for this issue  ? I already fine to Google but still not find the answer.

How are the processes running? Share the ouput of pdshow from the server. Try to restart dmgtd and see if this goes. Does this happens to all the devices or some? If some of the devices, can you try to re-submit those devices?

Dear vinarya,

Here is the pdshow capture and I also attach the EventMon log file.

I think all service was running normally in pdshow command. Or maybe you have another pdshow capture from LMS Server which running normally, so I can compare it with mine.

I already restart the LMS service but it seems didn't solve the problem. It occured in all my devices.

Hi all,

I think I found the answer, this problem because bug issue (CSCtf53724). When I change my browser to IE the fault monitor running normally. Previously, I run LMS using Firefox 9.0.1
